6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of custom signage, Our return and refund policy is as follows:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Columbia, Missouri.

For any action not subject to arbitration, You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Boone County, Missouri, specifically including the Boone County Circuit Court.
